Alarms Etc., Inc. has partnered with Criticom Monitoring Services to provide 24 - hour monitoring. Criticom's state-of-the-art Monitoring Center allows you to rest assured that your home is well-looked after at all times.

Most alarm systems are connected to a hard line phone line that allows the alarm signal to be sent to our central station. If your telephone line is cut intentionally or not, the hard line telephone can not send a signal. GPRS cellular provides a redundant communications path to our central station.
